Way to go above and BEYOND! Robert Wilkes

Robert really took some time and put his all into the reenactment of the Battle of Kennesaw right here in Georgia! He has the Union and Confederate soldiers as well as the mountain! Great Job Robert!

GREAT PROJECT ALERT - Ania Webb

Ania chose to report on the famous GRANT!! Can you tell me one interesting fact you learned from her project?

Great Project! Jene Black

Jene created an informational pamphlet about the Underground Railroad! She taught us about the signifgance of the Underground Railroad in the Civil War - it also correlates with our novel we are reading about the two slaves running to freedom. "Trouble Dont Last"

Great JOB!!

Great Projects!!! Part ONE!!

Osjale actually traveled to a reenactment of a slave site in South Carolina and took pictures for her "Life as a Slave" visual component.

Great JOB!

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

We have worked very hard on our projects! Now, lets see what you have done. Remember to refer to the presentation portion of your rubric and be ready to share the information that you have researched. Let Mrs. Roberts give you some pointers:

A. SMILE

B. Take a deep breath and simply talk to us about what you already KNOW.

C. Show us your visual portion of the project!

D. Did - I mention smile??

E. You probably wont have to ask me what your grade is, you will know when you sit at your seat. Ask yourself, "Did I do the best I could do?" if the answer is YES then you should have no concerns.

I cant wait!
